Guarantee
For fixed prostheses:
- Crowns and bridges: 5 years
- Fillings: 2 years For removable prostheses:
- Partial dentures: 2 years
- Full dentures: 1 years
- Implantation:for the structural elements of the implant - 5 years,
for the implant - 10 years
Scope of the guarantee:
If it is clearly confirmed that the work we have completed is not suitable for the intended purpose
due to reasons caused by the dental technical laboratory or by the surgery (material flaw,etc.), then
Top-Dent will take over the cost of the new work.
Scope of the guarantee will decrease or become null and void if the patient:
- Maintains poor oral hygiene
- Fails to comply with the instructions of the clinician
- Incorrectly stores and treats or improperly uses the removable prosthesis such as a partial
or full dentures
- Did not turn up at the check-up in the previous year
- Has gingival or bone recession
- Damaged the denture in an accident
- Lost or put on considerable weight within a short period
- Has a modified dental status caused by the side effect of a general disease (e.g. Diabetes,
epilepsy, ostheoporosis, X-ray, chemotherapy)
- Has had a treatment by a different surgery without a preliminary consultation.
Panoramic X-ray is necessary every year!
Hygiene
For the protection of our clients we put a great emphasis on hygiene and infection prevention. The infection control system of our US-made single dental unit was developed by NASA, and its effectiveness is further strengthened by both the LUX Aeroguard System from Sweden, which is responsible for air sterilization, and STATIM Autoclave produced in Canada, which sterilizes the equipment used during the treatment.
